Terms of Service

Last updated: August 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SoloOS platform, website, and all related AI services (collectively "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Description

SoloOS provides AI-assisted commercial productivity tools. The Service operates on a 30-Day Digital Service Pack model (Token Pack). Users purchase a fixed amount of computing tokens valid for exactly 30 days, which are deducted in real-time based on actual usage.

We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation. Temporary outages or degraded performance caused by upstream providers are beyond our control and are not subject to compensation.

3. Accounts, Eligibility & Token Rules

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

5. Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or perfectly accurate, nor are we liable for disruptions caused by upstream LLM providers. Commercial decisions based on AI outputs are made entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid and consumed for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is less.

8. Payments & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all financial transactions, localized pricing, and applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST) in your jurisdiction. By completing a payment, you explicitly authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method

Chargeback Policy: Any deliberate, fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute initiated via your bank or credit card issuer without prior communication with our support team will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your account. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks using your usage logs and IP records.

9. Termination

10. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Rights

In the event of any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally through good-faith communication.
