Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SoloOS platform, website, and all related AI services (collectively "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Description
SoloOS provides AI-assisted commercial productivity tools. The Service operates on a 30-Day Digital Service Pack model (Token Pack). Users purchase a fixed amount of computing tokens valid for exactly 30 days, which are deducted in real-time based on actual usage.
We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation. Temporary outages or degraded performance caused by upstream providers are beyond our control and are not subject to compensation.
3. Accounts, Eligibility & Token Rules
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this Service.
- Validity Period: Tokens purchased via a Token Pack are virtual service rights valid for exactly 30 days from the precise time of purchase. They expire automatically after 30 days and unused tokens do not roll over.
- Token Consumption Dynamics: "Tokens" are a proprietary measure of computational effort. The actual deduction rate may vary depending on the complexity of the task, the specific AI model used, and whether the operation is processing input (prompts) or generating output (responses).
- Tokens have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Dynamic Token Estimate: The Token balance displayed in the user interface is a dynamic estimate based on current computational costs. We reserve the right to adjust the internal conversion rates and deduction metrics at any time without prior notice to ensure service sustainability.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Generating or distributing illegal, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content.
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Infringing upon third-party intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights.
- Generating malicious code, viruses, or anything technically damaging to systems/networks.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the Service’s source code, model weights, or algorithms.
- Abusing the Service with automated scrapers or high-frequency batch calls that disrupt stability.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or repackaging the API/Service without written authorization. (However, users may use generated content for normal commercial operations).
5. Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility
- You retain all rights to, and bear full responsibility for, any prompts, files, data, and instructions you submit.
- SoloOS and its licensors hold all intellectual property rights to the platform’s trademarks, code, UI design, and proprietary backend.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the generated output. We make no guarantees regarding the copyright status or originality of the AI output.
- You must verify the legality and accuracy of generated content before commercial use. You bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising from its usage.
- Liability Disclaimer for UGC: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the generated content complies with all applicable laws. The platform assumes no liability for any illegal, harmful, or unethical use of the AI-generated outputs by the user.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or perfectly accurate, nor are we liable for disruptions caused by upstream LLM providers. Commercial decisions based on AI outputs are made entirely at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount you paid and consumed for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is less.
8. Payments & Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all financial transactions, localized pricing, and applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST) in your jurisdiction. By completing a payment, you explicitly authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method
Chargeback Policy: Any deliberate, fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute initiated via your bank or credit card issuer without prior communication with our support team will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your account. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks using your usage logs and IP records.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time; this does not entitle you to a refund.
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these terms.
- If an account is terminated due to a violation, any remaining balance is forfeited.
10. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Rights
In the event of any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally through good-faith communication.
Mandatory Consumer Protection: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
